Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use gatheringtiny.beer and the referral service Gatheringtiny Floor Coating offers through it. By using the site, calling its phone number or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Gatheringtiny Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers we connect you with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its own quotes, pricing, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest that you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that vary from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Properly

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site, and do not try to enter areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you send a form or request a callback, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@gatheringtiny.beer.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Gatheringtiny Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, Gatheringtiny Floor Coating is not responsible for any loss or damage linked to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
