How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who contact Gatheringtiny Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

• How a call or message with Gatheringtiny Floor Coating was handled
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Gatheringtiny Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@gatheringtiny.beer and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short summary of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We confirm that we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our reply does not settle the matter, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
